Because every download includes immediate access to proprietary files, templates, and intellectual property, we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products once your payment is processed.
If you run into trouble accessing or opening your files:
We’re happy to refund premium-service purchases up until 24 hours before your scheduled Zoom call. After the call begins—whether you attend, arrive late, or no-show—the service is considered delivered in full and no refund is available.
How to request a refund before your call:
We’ll confirm cancellation (minus processing fees) and issue the refund, which can take around 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear. If you have not received a refund within that timeframe, please contact your credit card company.
Rescheduling instead of canceling? You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the start time.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. The Presence Lab, LLC is a U.S. company operating under the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute arising from this policy will be resolved under Illinois law and jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local legislation.
